Our first Rose de Noir sparkling made from our 50+ year old Cabernet Sauvignon. It has cherry and raspberry on the palate with a dry mineral finish, making it the perfect pairing for charcuterie, seafood and canapes. Intensely fruity but with a dry finish it is the perfect spring-time wine.
