Frequently Asked Questions

How frequently do I have to order?

• A minimum of 2 x 6, or 2 x 12 packs a year is required to be in the club.

Can I select the wines in my pack?

• If you select “Choose my own” option you can select what wines you receive. With the other options we will select the wines to be sent to you.

How much is delivery?

• Delivery is $15 flat rate shipping on all orders, except for Northern Territory, WA and Tasmania, which will incur a $25 shipping fee. You can pick up for free at the cellar door.

When will my delivery be sent?

• Your wine selection will be sent twice a year, in April and November.

When will I be charged?

• Your credit card will be charged before each delivery.

Can I skip a delivery?

• You may skip one delivery if required.

Can I cancel 'The Club' membership?

• Cancelling your subscription can be done at any time provided you have ordered the minimum club requirement of 2 x bottle deliveries in the first year. You may cancel by emailing sales@mcintoshestate.com.au

• I authorise McIntosh Estate to debit my credit card with the cost of my wine deliveries each order period
• I understand that my selection of wines will be used as my preference for future deliveries and that vintages and prices are subject to change
• The wines I am purchasing are not for re-sale by a licenced person
• I am 18 years or older
• To accept delivery there must be a person 18 years or older present to sign
• The Club discounts will not apply in conjunction with other special offers unless specified
• You may skip one delivery if required, plus you can change your selection at any time.
• You are responsible for notifying us of any change to delivery address, email, or credit card.
• Wines are subject to vintage changes and availability at the time of shipment.
• The Club deliveries are within Australia only.
• Benefits can only be claimed on verification of my club membership details
• I must notify McIntosh Estate in writing if I choose to withdraw from the The Club after the initial 12-month period
• We respect your privacy; your details are only used for the purposes of the The Club.
